Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a Scheduling & Inventory Controller to join our team.
During your day you will:
Ensure timely product availability and plan loading time in cooperation with the Mixing – Packaging Section
Cooperate with Marine department for deliveries and transportation scheduling
Schedule bulk and packed lubricants production and distribution, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
Collaborate with 3PL partners for the timely exchange of all necessary legal documents
Tracking delivery process
Perform initial control of transportation charges
Provide input and reporting regarding stock levels and respective differences resolution
Monitor demand and record inventory characteristics and inventory readjustments, through the use of software
Provide data input regarding KPIs and MIS reporting preparation, maintenance and update
Provide logistics process optimization recommendations to senior management
Identify potential QHSSE risks in daily activities and operations, risk reporting and active participation in risk reduction initiatives.
Implement and support sustainable practices to minimize environmental impacts and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
What you need to stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Finance field
At least 2-3 years’ experience at a relevant position
Strong working knowledge on SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
Analytical & communication skills
