The Opportunity:

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, motivating and training our sales team, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. This is a critical leadership role that offers significant impact and growth potential within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

Manage inventory and ensure optimal vehicle merchandising.

Foster a positive and productive sales environment.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns.

Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales talent.

Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.

Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
