Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor (Dubai-based)

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a multidisciplinary consultancy, preferably within the GCC region.

• Strong site-based experience with in-depth knowledge of post-contract supervision practices.

• Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

• Proficient in computer applications, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and MS

Office programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Solid understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
