Senior Project Manager – I-5 Design Build

Location: Lacey, WA Full-Time

Annual Salary: $235,000 – $250,000 (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will simultaneously oversee 2–4 complex commercial design-build projects, depending on scope and size. This position is primarily based out of our Lacey, WA headquarters (approximately 70-80% of time), with periodic travel to project sites across the U.S. (approximately 20-30% of time).

The ideal candidate brings extensive project leadership experience in fast-paced, high-end commercial environments and has a proven ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage tight schedules, and deliver superior results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 2–4 design-build projects concurrently through all phases of development.

Serve as the primary point of contact for design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Oversee procurement, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

Conduct regular internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment.

Maintain strict quality control and schedule performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing I-5 with professionalism and integrity.

Travel as needed to job sites nationwide for key phases of project execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing commercial design-build or construction projects in the following categories:

Casinos

Entertainment Complex

Resorts

Large Restaurants

Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with complex scopes and accelerated schedules.

Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and team leadership.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and systems.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.

Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar platforms).

Ability to travel domestically for project site visits (approx. 20-30%).
