Emmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill, MA, is seeking a Housing Case Manager to become part of our hard-working, solutions-driven team. Make a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness by helping them to rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.
We are looking to fill several full-time, Housing Case Manager/ Specialist positions. The successful candidates will assist homeless households to search for and secure stable housing, connect consumers to needed community services, provide stabilization supports to those placed in housing, assist with landlord/tenant mediation and write/maintain on-going progress notes and monthly stabilization reports.
Emmaus is willing to provide training and support to help the right person to grow into the job.
Requirements of the Housing Case Managers:
Experience working in human service or customer service environment.
Bi-Lingual Spanish /English is REQUIRED
Strong written and oral English communication skills.
MUST have valid driver’s license
MUST be able to pass screening for safe driving record and CORI check
MUST be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
