Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance service activities, ensuring the safety and efficiency of your crew. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and guiding crew members to ensure they have the necessary safety materials, training, and tools for their tasks.

Conducting daily pre-trip inspection reports to guarantee the safety and functionality of equipment and vehicles.

Acting as a point of contact between branch management, customers, and employees, facilitating smooth communication and addressing any concerns promptly.

Demonstrating proficiency in operating landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.

Safely driving crews to and from job sites, adhering to company safety policies, and ensuring the safety of the public during crew interactions.
