Manufacturing Supervisor (Gift Card Production)

Location: North Las Vegas, NV

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a high-volume gift card manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff involved in gift card printing, finishing, and packaging.

Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.

Monitor and adjust workflow to meet deadlines and resolve production issues as they arise.

Train and mentor production team members; provide feedback and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain accurate documentation including production reports, downtime logs, and inventory usage.

Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (gift card manufacturing is a MUST.

Strong understanding of print production and finishing processes.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a deadline-driven setting.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methods is a plus.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Flexible to work overtime and weekends as required.
