As a Brand Promotions & Sales Trainee, you’ll act as a first point of contact for top-tier telecommunication brands while learning the rewarding techniques of promotions, sales, and customer service. Our hands-on training program is designed to develop your skills in sales, and customer service, making sure you are well-equipped for success and advancement within our teams and the company.Key Responsibilities As A Brand Promotions & Sales Trainee:

Assist in promotional campaigns by marketing and promoting products, and connecting with consumers to swiftly address all their questions & concerns

Directly present and demonstrate products and services to existing and new customers daily

Collaborate with management and the Brand Marketing & Sales Trainee teams to execute field campaigns and increase brand awareness

Provide continuous exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction and grow our consumer base

Participate in market research and community outreach activities

Attend regular training sessions from top industry performers to build expertise in marketing, sales strategies, and customer service techniquesWhat We’re Looking For In A Brand Promotions & Sales Trainee:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required

Relevant experience as a Brand Marketing & Sales Trainee, in sales, customer service, or branding roles is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to learn in a team-oriented environment
