Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Columbus, OH and/or Merrillville, IN)
Duration: August 15, 2025 – January 15, 2026
Rate: $70 - $80/hour
Contract Type: W-2 Only (No C2C or Visa Sponsorships)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support a Time and Attendance modernization project within the utilities sector. This role will focus on coordinating and executing high-volume, instructor-led training sessions for field-based employees. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and logistical planning skills, with experience supporting enterprise-wide training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute instructor-led training programs across a wide field-based workforce.
Serve as the primary liaison between training teams, scheduling staff, and field operations.
Manage training logistics, track attendance, and ensure timely communication with participants.
Support calendar and resource management for multiple concurrent training sessions.
Maintain training documentation and assist with reporting and follow-up.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT to ensure a smooth training rollout.
Ensure training programs are aligned with the Workday Time and Attendance system deployment.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in the utilities industry is strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating training efforts for large-scale, field-based populations.
Familiarity with Workday Time and Attendance is a plus.
Demonstrated success managing complex scheduling and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills are essential.
