ALM Support & Execution Manager (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As ALM Support & Execution Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex operational processes that sit at the core of Article Management. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day execution while identifying levers to improve data quality, reduce inefficiencies, and unlock value for Zalando and its partners and drive their implementation.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to the evolution of Article Management and help translate our strategic goals into measurable impact.

You get the chance to influence an essential part of the Zalando platform and be involved in making the Article Management strategy a reality over the next years.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED

You actively work on improving processes and contribute your own ideas

You automate complex workflows, using VBA, Google Apps Script or similar, to boost efficiency and quality

You’ll execute and monitor operational tasks with a high complexity and impact

You love data and analysing it: you create reportings, track KPIs and model solutions that derive actionable insights based on your findings

You’ll work with stakeholders, senior management, data analysts and Partner Tech and other relevant teams across Zalando to drive meaningful improvements towards the partner experience and create cost efficiencies related to Article Management on the Zalando platform

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You have 2+ years of work experience in the field of operational process execution and process improvements or process excellence, ideally in logistics and/or article data management

You are comfortable with numbers, you use data to identify root causes, understand problems and build strong arguments to convince others, using your driven and continuous improvement mindset

You have great analytical skills to deliver strong data-driven performance, and you enjoy diving into scripts and automation tools like VBA, Google Apps Scripts, or R*script. Ideally, you already bring some hands-on experience, but more importantly, you're eager and quick to learn.

You come with a proactive and curious mindset, hands on and eager to continuously learn and improve with an ability to solve problems quickly and in a structured manner

You convince with your excellent communication skills and are comfortable to connect with stakeholders to understand business needs and to share your view to colleagues on the basis of concepts and facts
