We are recruiting for our multi customer site here in Zellik, for a Customer Care Coordinator

What you do on a typical day as a Customer Care Coordinator

Serving as an intermediary between GXO and customers, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration

Developing, preparing, and presenting KPIs during monthly business reviews, providing clear explanations and insights

Ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all customer requirements to maintain high satisfaction levels

Designing and conducting surveys to gather customer feedback and insights

Taking charge of the recall’s procedure, ensuring efficient handling and resolution

Keeping records of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up

Handling customers' special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively

Managing the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

What you need to succeed at GXO

MBO+/HBO level, with 2 to 4 years of similar experience gained within a customer service environment is very welcome but not essential

Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel

Fluent in Dutch, English and French

Good experience of reporting and presentation skills

You are proactive, communicative, flexible and accurate

You enjoy working as part of a team
