We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer / PMT Officer to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality goods and services, and supporting project management tasks (PMT) to deliver operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase order creation, and delivery follow-up.

Maintain updated supplier and product databases to support informed purchasing decisions.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.

Track and analyze procurement metrics to drive cost savings and ensure budget adherence.

Collaborate with finance, pharmacy, and inventory teams to align procurement plans with organizational needs.

Support the Project Management Team (PMT) in monitoring timelines, coordinating team tasks, and maintaining project documentation.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.

Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement procurement best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the healthcare, NGO, or pharmaceutical sector.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, procurement software, and basic project management tools.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Strong attention to detail, ethics, and problem-solving mindset.
