As a CNC Robotics Programmer, your duties include programming various Citizen and Tsugami machines. You will ensure efficient, precise, and consistent machining of high-performance components. Your skills will also be applied in programming mill and mill-turn equipment as required.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop programs for Swiss Screw, Mill, and Mill-Turn machinery

Convert CAD models and technical drawings to precise G-code

Determine necessary tooling, speeds, and feeds

Enhance machining performance and capabilities

Create setup instructions and detailed machining documentation

Work collaboratively with different company units

Essential Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent from a trade school

A minimum of 5 years in Swiss machine programming (Esprit or similar software)

Proficiency in G-code

Ability to analyze and interpret CAD models and blueprints

Keen attention to detail and the capability to operate autonomously
