We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Specialist to join our team and help manage and grow our Amazon Vendor Central business.

The Amazon Account Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Amazon Vendor Central operations, managing key relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and personnel, driving accurate forecasting, and supporting advertising and retail media initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, a deep understanding of retail distribution, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Vendor Central, including PO management, catalog updates, chargeback resolution, and inventory monitoring.

•Collaborate directly with Amazon Vendor Managers and internal stakeholders to drive sales and operational efficiency.

•Develop and maintain item-level forecasts to support demand planning and production scheduling.

•Analyze sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities.

•Support retail media planning and execution, including coordination with Amazon Advertising and other retail media platforms.

•Utilize Excel to conduct in-depth analyses (including but not limited to VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, and XLOOKUP).

•Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize pricing, promotional strategies, and overall performance.

•Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central.

Proven experience collaborating with Amazon Vendor Managers and retail stakeholders.

Experience forecasting sales for consumer packaged goods; Toys & Games category experience is a strong plus.

Familiarity with retail media strategy; experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Solid understanding of retail distribution and supply chain fundamentals.

Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
