Technical Lead

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Technical Lead.

We need someone to assist in the architecture, design, and delivery of complex healthcare data applications and integrations. This role will work closely with delivery and product management to lead development efforts across multiple high-impact systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and full-stack development for scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Collaborate with product and delivery managers to align on requirements and deliverables.

Develop and maintain secure, stable, and efficient code using industry best practices.

Design and implement automated testing frameworks and test cases.

Analyze production operations to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to coding standards.

Participate in application lifecycle activities, from planning to deployment and monitoring.

Essentials:

10+ years of experience in software engineering.

Strong expertise in Java, JUnit, Git, and automated testing tools (e.g., PyTest).

Solid background in root cause analysis, structured software development, and design patterns.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proficiency in Python, QA frameworks, and application programming.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver long-term solutions.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Desired:

Experience with database design, operations, and application performance monitoring.

Familiarity with B2B software and integration technologies.

Exposure to metrics-driven development and secure coding practices.

Experience mentoring others and leading large development initiatives.
