Duties and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end HRIS function in partnership with Corporate HR:
Provide day-to-day support to the SAP Success Factors production environment
Manage workflow processes, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure ongoing system health
Drive implementation and integration projects:
Configure, upgrade, test, and deploy HRIS modules across Core HR, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation
Own project timelines, coordinate cross-functional resources, and validate deliverables
Serve as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules:
Assist end-users in utilization and application of system features
Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage system capabilities and boost efficiency
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and HR metrics:
Build custom reports within SuccessFactors and transfer data to Power BI for advanced visualization
Deliver executive-level insights that influence strategic decision-making
Champion training, change management, and adoption strategies:
Create training content, job aids, and e-learning materials
Lead workshops and support materials that drive user engagement and proficiency
Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance:
Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with GDPR (EU), UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant US privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA)
Partner with legal and privacy teams on data-handling policies, breach notifications, and consent management
Partner across HR to identify and implement process improvements:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and L&D to streamline workflows
Promote and deploy innovative system solutions that enhance user experience
Collaborate with developers on custom enhancements:
Define requirements for new modules, portlets, and integrations
Oversee development, testing, and rollout of custom functionalities
Manage HRIS budgeting and ROI tracking:
Monitor initiative costs, contribute to annual budget planning, and report on system ROI and value delivered
Optimize system workflows for maximum productivity:
Review and refine approval processes, notifications, and integrations to eliminate bottlenecks

Qualification Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
3–6 years of progressive HRIS experience, with a focus on SuccessFactors
Preferred Certifications
SAP SuccessFactors: Core EC, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, Compensation

Strong command of HR functional areas (comp, benefits, talent, etc.)
Advanced reporting and analysis skills using Excel and Power BI
Project management prowess and the ability to manage complex timelines

Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and lead change initiatives
