Outpatient Services Manager

Job Description

The Outpatient Services/Endoscopy Manager maintains responsibility for the clinical functions and oversight of the operating room, endoscopy, multispecialty outreach clinics, and sterilization, including staffing, supply procurement, and equipment management. This position oversees the financial performance of assigned departments by managing monthly variance reporting and budgeting. A single incumbent position reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer. This position is a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides services and care to the patients. This position is in frequent contact with patients and their families, coordinating the provision of care and services. This position is also in contact with Beartooth Billings Clinic, Billings Clinic, and St. Vincent Healthcare staff and physicians on a regular basis.

Education & Experience:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Montana RN Licensure

Two years of procedural care experience preferred

Clinical nursing experience relevant to surgery, CSR, endoscopy, and conscious sedation

Healthcare Provider CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

ACLS certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

PALS certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire

TNCC certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
