Pay: $18-$19 per hour

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8:00am â 5:00pm

Customer Service Representative description:

Answer calls and email inquiries from customers.

Receive and process customer orders via fax, email, EDI, and customer websites.

Schedule deliveries with consideration of production and lead time of product.

Process customer orders via SAP.

Manage customer accounts.

Other duties as assigned.
