The CRM Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Denver Rescue Mission’s (DRM) data systems to support program evaluation and service delivery. This role provides technical support for key platforms, including CaseWorthy (DRM’s primary CRM), Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce, and related applications.
Key duties include managing data integrations, developing reports using SQL and SSRS, and ensuring data accuracy and usability. This position requires strong technical skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and a commitment to using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes in a mission-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General CRM Support
Provides technical support for related applications including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Performs quality assurance testing on all technical changes to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
Provides support for feature adds on all CRM databases.
Participates in vendor and partner selection for future database enhancements and developmental projects.
Collaborates with Salesforce Administrator / Impact System Administrator to assess risk and support in change-management processes.
Salesforce Support
Builds actionable reports on Salesforce, and other platforms to inform decision-making.
Handles tier one, and eventually tier two, case’s submissions for Salesforce maintenance.
Supports Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce advancement by collaborating with appropriate teams.
Coordinates and communicates regularly with the Development Team to ensure database integrity, security, and alignment with organizational objectives.
CaseWorthy Support
Builds and maintains actionable reports and dashboards in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and other platforms to inform decision-making.
Acts as a support for CaseWorthy case management system, managing configuration, customization.
Coordinates and communicates regularly with the Program Department to ensure database integrity, security, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Acts as a contributor to continuous improvement initiatives that leverage data and technology to improve operational efficiency and service outcomes.
Professional Development
Engages in ongoing DRM trainings, completing in a timely manner.
Pursues appropriate credentials (Salesforce Administrator, PowerBI Data Analyst Associate, etc.).
Regularly reflects on progress toward professional goals, both individually and with supervisor, identifying and following through on learning opportunities.
Identifies opportunities to mitigate stress and engages in bi-annual sustainability and wellness check-ins.
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; interest in pursuing certification expected.
Experience with Salesforce integrations is a plus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CaseWorthy).
Familiarity or willingness to learn Power BI.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple technical projects.
Must have an Active Driver’s License as a limited amount of work-related travel may be required.
Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith expressed by a personal testimony and Christian conduct.
