Responsible to identify, assess, manage, monitor and report non-financial risks and develop or implement risk management strategies to mitigate or manage identified risks.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Design, maintain and monitor the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks, including risk assessment framework control framework policy framework and issue and incident handling framework

Identify, assess, manage, monitor and report NFR risks within the organization

Perform regular or ad-hoc risk assessment and continuously monitor for any potential emerging risks that could impact the organization and take necessary actions

Advise, support and train the business in considering risks and controls in day-to-day processes

Support or handle internal and external reviews/ audits

Design and execute controls for selected frameworks

Maintain and monitor the Governance, Risk and Compliance tool, and support the further development of the tool

Collaborate with senior management to communicate and report NFR activities

Performs monitoring and surveillance activities

Support the international locations for the implementation of the global Non-Financial Risk, policy and control framework, including newly established/ acquired entities

Perform Quality Assurance (design and operational effectiveness assessment) of key controls adhering to the Internal Control Framework standards

YOUR PROFILE

University degree or equivalent education in Economics, Business Administration, Banking or Finance

Professional experience in Front Risk Management, Business Support, Compliance, Legal or Audit

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Ability to stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude

Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills

Good communication skills

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must requirement, other languages would be a plus

Proficient user in MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
