We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Holland, Michigan. Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and support engineers at the beginning of their careers, fostering their technical growth and development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Drive improvements to existing systems, processes, and tools to enhance performance and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to projects where applicable.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
• Implement and maintain backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with ERP platforms and manufacturing processes.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in software development, including senior-level responsibilities.
• Proficiency in C#, WPF, Microsoft SQL Server, and Linq.
• Strong background in backend development within the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise-level software solutions.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern development tools, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
