3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years Java

5 years Web Development (Tapestry, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS 3 / Sass / Less)

5 years Web Services (REST/JSON, SOAP, WSDL)

5 years EDI Transaction Sets (270/271, 276/277, 837)

5 years ActiveMQ

5 years SQL and Stored Procedures and relational database design

5 years Spring Security

5 years JDBC

5 years Unix Environment/scripting

5 years Familiar with GIT source controlPreferred:

BPM Platforms

Medicaid MMIS or operations experience

Medicaid operations/eligibility systems

Healthcare or insurance IT domain experience

Knowledge of latest Python/DjangoSpecific Skills:

Java Development

Web Development: Tapestry, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), JavaScript, JQuery

Web Services: REST, SOAP, WSDL
