Your application will not be reviewed if you do not complete this step: (if you run into trouble, copy and paste the link) Job Summary: The Field Service rep will support the Foundation Wellness brands, including Currex and Powerstep by being the face of our brands and bringing awareness to our products.

This role will be responsible for leading events within the sports industry, providing top-of-the-line education & training to retailers, and executing effective sell-through strategies.

This role will create strong, meaningful relationships to ensure we are providing the best quality service to our customers.

What You'll Do: * Responsible for representing Foundation Wellness brands at running events and expos -- including branding, set-up, breakdown, distribution of collateral, interaction with consumers and product trial.

* Educate and motivate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact about Foundation Wellness technology and product leadership via product clinics.

* Work the sales floor at accounts as assigned - be an expert at driving product sell-through in all channels.

* Lead the overall field support efforts for both Specialty Running Accounts and Non-Specialty accounts located within the territory.

* Support the Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots programs and events at all accounts.

* Manage implementation of POS assets in a timely, consistent, and true to brand fashion.

* Work with Sales and Marketing on the success of sell-through programs/in-store promotions * Provide feedback and analysis via weekly field reports to measure effectiveness of product initiatives and sales strategies; identify new opportunities for growth within or outside the running industry * Be the eyes and ears of the brand; communicate our brand positioning, industry trends, competitor's activity to the internal sales teams Who You Are: * Experience in a shoe/ run store environment, or other retail experience related to the industry * Demonstrated understanding of merchandising, brand positioning, and sell through strategies * Experience in the running or sports industry, personally / professionally * Experience in event planning * Positive, customer centric attitude with a strong commitment to collaboration and top of line service Requirements: * Ability to travel 100% of the time across a multi-state territory (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky) * Available nights and weekends to support events around store needs Why Join Us?
