Project - Technical Delivery Manager

Technical Delivery Manager Washington, D.C Pay Rate: $61.00 - $71.00/ per hour MUST: Must be eligible for a US Security Clearance Technical Delivery Manager 10+ years in IT project/delivery management.

6+ years leading Agile-based support teams.

3+ years of AWS migration experience (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch). Experience with SQL, Spring Boot, J2EE, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps tools.

Familiarity with ColdFusion, PowerBuilder, Sybase, and SSMA for database migration.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect PMI-ACP DUTIES: Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

Coordinate with stakeholders and Agile teams to manage requirements, plan releases, and address operational needs.

Oversee cloud migration of legacy applications to AWS.

Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for systems built on WebLogic, ColdFusion, PowerBuilder, Sybase, and more.

Support delivery across platforms including ServiceNow, Okta, MuleSoft, Socrata, Box, and Zendesk.

Promote Agile and DevSecOps practices across teams.

Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.

Ensure standardized delivery practices and cross-system integration.

Recommend improvements for application operations and infrastructure.
