Hourly Rate: £27 per hour (PAYE)

Overview:

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and reliable Band 7 Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Clinical Services team on a part-time, temporary basis.

This position will focus on the clinical screening of homecare prescriptions, based on-site at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The trust offers a flexible working arrangement for the 15 weekly hours, which can be spread over two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical screening of homecare prescriptions

Ensure prescription accuracy, safety, and compliance with relevant guidelines

Liaise with clinical and pharmacy teams as needed

Support efficient pharmacy operations within the clinical services division

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist

Experience in clinical screening or homecare services desirable

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
