Ruby on Rails requirement from NEC.

Following are the mandatory skill requirement:

Mandatory:

· Minimum 4+ years of development experience in C/Python/Ruby/Ruby on Rails.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

· Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Redmine

Good to Have:

· Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

· Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customizations

General Responsibilities:

· Understand requirements from specification documents or directly from the customer

· Plan and implement solutions based on customer requirements

· Interact directly with the customer to clarify and confirm specifications

· Create relevant technical documentation as needed

· Provide accurate status updates to the Team Lead and Project Manager

· Strictly adhere to committed timelines and schedules
