Job SummaryThe Program Coordinator, Student Conduct provides support for departmental efforts involving academic and behavioral accountability standards. This position serves as a hearing officer and as backup to the Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment teams. The Program Coordinator is responsible for outreach efforts to train and educate internal and external partners on the Code of Student Conduct.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Program Coordination
Coordinates, administers, and manages day-to-day operations and activities for the Student Conduct department.
Assesses program operational needs and resources, and initiates processes to direct program or function toward achievement of its objectives.
Utilizes program quality metrics and measures expected outcomes (i.e., required completion dates, budget limits, and quality standards).
Complies with the program budget.
Completes program reports to determine goal attainment.
Identifies program issues, addresses those within the scope of the role, and escalates those needing additional support.
Serves as the functional lead for academic integrity programming
Administrative
Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations as well as institutional policies and procedures. Identifies best practices from peer institutions.
Maintains records and documentation and prepares reports reflecting program progress, status, and related information.
Maintains confidential and sensitive information.
Co-leads assessment efforts with the Director and provides faculty and business partners with updates on trends and best practices
Building Partnerships
Assesses internal and external networks to determine the need for educational and informational sessions and presents, as needed.
Assists in fostering relationships with community partners to enhance student enrollment development and support.
Serves as the liaison with Student Travel process concerning behavioral expectations.
Acts as the primary point of contact for communications with College Credit Plus (CCP) and K-12 Partnerships.

Other duties as required
Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
Participate in college sanctioned committees and working groups.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Two (2) years of experience in Higher Education.
State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
