We’re looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator who shares our values, enjoys estimating, and working in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

As our Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our projects before the first shovel hits the ground by:

Preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates based on plans, specs, and field conditions

Building strong working relationships with architects, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers

Developing competitive bid proposals and budgets

Analyzing labor, materials, and equipment needs

Supporting project teams to align budgets with scopes and schedules

Offering value-engineering insights and identifying project risks

Staying ahead of market pricing trends

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience estimating in commercial general construction

Proven success in a range of project types: retail, office, renovation, historic, multi-family, new construction, and more

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, pricing, and price negotiation

Confident use of MS Excel, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff

Ability to read drawings, understand project scopes, and build cost-effective solutions

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to create and understand construction scheduling

A sharp eye for risk and a commitment to doing things right
