Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Native Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud platforms, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native applications using best practices.

• Develop and manage microservices architectures leveraging containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability.

• Ensure the security and scalability of applications within cloud environments.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in cloud-native application development.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).

• Knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and design principles.

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Engineer).

• Knowledge of service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).

• Experience with serverless computing.

• Background in security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
