Job Title: 1st Shift Swiss Programmer and/or Set-Up Lead
Location: Pewaukee, WI
Shift: 1st Shift 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $31 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Swiss Programmer and/or Set-Up Lead for our 1st shift operations in Pewaukee, WI. This individual will be responsible for programming, setting up, and leading the operation of Swiss-style CNC machines. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a commitment to high-quality precision machining.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and set up Swiss-style CNC machines (e.g., Citizen, Star, Tsugami).
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
Lead and support the shift's production team to meet daily output and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve setup or machining issues efficiently.
Perform inspections on first-piece and in-process parts using precision measuring tools.
Monitor tool wear and machine performance to optimize production.
Maintain organized documentation for setups, programs, and process improvements.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience operating and programming Swiss CNC machines.
Strong proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (PartMaker, Esprit, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications.
Previous leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators).
Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
