Light Duty Tow Truck Driver – Commission-Based Pay

Location: Conway,AR

Schedule: Monday–Friday + On-call every 3rd night/weekend

Type: Commission-Based Position

We’re seeking an experienced and dependable Light Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role includes weekday shifts and after-hours coverage every third night and weekend.

Pay: Commission-Based (Details discussed upon interview)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

On-call rotation: Every 3rd night & weekend

Requirements:

Previous experience with towing/light duty recovery

Valid driver’s license

Strong communication skills to coordinate with dispatch

Professional and courteous with customers

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Duties Include:

Towing disabled or illegally parked vehicles

Providing roadside assistance when needed

Accurate and timely reporting of service calls
