Food Prep Operator

Location: Sterling, VA 20166 near Dulles airport. **Must be able to reliably commute to this location.**

Pay: 14.50

Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm-12 midnight

Weekly pay

Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation using the sous vide method

Follow recipes and production instructions

Perform light assembly and packaging of food items

Operate pallet jacks and assist with material handling

Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times

Support inventory, receiving, and warehouse operations

Clean and sanitize production equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse work a plus – but not required

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, on time, and a strong team player

Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour
