Forklift Operator Material Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for loading and unloading truckloads, moving floor-loaded items between warehouse facilities, and maintaining a high level of customer service and decision-making in a dynamic setting. This position will require someone who is detail-oriented, efficient under pressure, and highly experienced operating a forklift.

What You'll Do:

Operate a forklift to load and unload floor-loaded materials—no pallets involved

Safely and efficiently transport items between two warehouse locations

Will be using a Bottlers Tilt

Make real-time decisions to maximize efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction

Interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients as needed

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Assist in general warehouse duties as needed

Perform daily equipment checks and follow all safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience required

Proven ability to operate forklifts in tight, floor-loaded spaces (non-palletized items)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

Standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods

Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)
