Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in cloud services, software development, and data management to work closely with our technical teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, helping to design, develop, and implement software and system solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Work with development teams proficient in AWS, Java, .NET, and SQL to design and document solutions.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate these to development teams.

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Support project managers in planning and executing projects within defined timelines and budgets.

• Develop user stories, process flows, and other technical documentation to guide development.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support quality assurance processes.

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS), with knowledge of Java and .NET frameworks.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
