We are looking for a Global Marketing Portfolio Manager to help lead the charge in positioning our feed safety solutions—Toxo, Fylax, and Fysio into the markets and customer bases that need them most. Our Feed to Food Safety portfolio plays a vital role in protecting both animal and human health across the food chain from farm to fork. You’ll be the driving force turning strategy into execution, aligning stakeholders and bringing powerful campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive positioning and messaging for the Toxo, Fylax, and Fysal portfolio
Translate product strategy into action plans and market-facing content
Serve as the main marketing contact for strategy implementation and delivery
Own end-to-end global marketing launch processes
Build toolkits, activation campaigns, and digital assets with Marcom
Ensure post-launch review and feedback are integrated
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, as well as manage consistent, compelling storytelling around Feed to Food Safety
Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, Product Management, and Commercial teams
Act as the go-to liaison between Product and Marketing teams
Job Requirement:
A degree in Marketing, Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field
10+ years in B2B Marketing, Portfolio, or Commercial roles within Feed, Animal Nutrition, or Agri-food
Expertise in feed safety, processing, and food chain risk management
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Proven ability to drive execution in global matrix environments
Structured and strategic, yet flexible and creative
Expectation:
As Global Marketing Portfolio Manager – Feed to Food Safety, you will be responsible for leading global marketing execution across our Feed Safety portfolio focused on: Mycotoxins, Raw Material Quality and Feed Process Technology and Feed to Food Safety. You’ll ensure the global launch and activation of these innovations by bridging the gap between Product Management, MarCom, and Regional Commercial teams. You’ll play a central role in aligning strategies, translating complex messages into impactful marketing, and empowering cross-functional teams for success.
