As we continue to expand, we’re looking to strengthen our backend operations with a capable and experienced Purchase & Inventory Manager.What We're Looking For

We’re hiring someone who knows the retail ground reality. Someone who understands that managing inventory across 100+ stores isn’t just about numbers — it’s about timing, product relevance, and strong coordination with sales teams and suppliers. This role is for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and doesn’t shy away from taking ownership.Your Responsibilities

Plan and execute seasonal and ongoing purchase cycles across categories and price points.

Ensure that our top-performing styles are always in stock and slow-moving stock is tackled early.

Forecast sales trends and match inventory planning accordingly.

Maintain healthy stock levels at stores and warehouses without overbuying.

Work with vendors, negotiate rates, and keep track of delivery timelines.

Coordinate stock movement between stores based on performance.

Work closely with the buying, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Track performance of SKUs and share actionable insights to improve product mix.

Maintain clean and accurate data in our ERP (we use Logic ERP) and other tools.

Build a strong, reliable process that the company can scale with.Who Should Apply

Someone with at least 5 years of experience in inventory or purchase management — preferably in footwear, fashion, or FMCG.

Has managed inventory across multiple branches or zones.

Knows how to work with data (Excel is a must), and is comfortable using ERPs.

Is good at negotiation and knows how to manage vendors and suppliers tactfully.

Can think both strategically and practically.
