Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Implementation & Analytics Specialist to support marketing and product teams in setting up, validating, and maintaining analytics infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of GA4 and Segment.io(can be exempt), a strong QA discipline, and the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights from digital data.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day BAU implementation and QA tasks.
Support new product launches with complete analytics setup.
Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaign tagging and reporting are in place.
Execute analytics QA using tools and browser-based debugging methods.
Configure dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis to support business teams.
Maintain documentation and best practices for implementation and tracking governance.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in web/digital analytics implementation and reporting.
Hands-on experience with GA4 event setup, custom dimensions, and reporting logic.
Strong working knowledge of Segment.io and data pipeline configuration.
Familiarity with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, etc.) is a plus.
experience with dashboard creation(looker, Tableau, power Bi).
Excellent QA habits and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
