Senior Mechanical Engineer

As a Senior Engineer - Mechanical, you will be responsible for leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop innovative designs and solutions that meet our clients' specific needs. You will also be expected to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Develop and review mechanical designs, ensuring they meet all relevant industry standards and regulations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their professional development and growth.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals for potential clients.

- Collaborate with other departments, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.

- Strong technical expertise in mechanical design and analysis, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
