Role Overview

We're looking for a Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and database systems to join our engineering team in Jaipur. You’ll work closely with senior engineers from both Jaipur and Silicon Valley to build and scale our core AI platform.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain robust backend systems using Python

Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Develop clean and scalable APIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend with AI features

Optimize performance, handle scaling, and ensure security

What We’re Looking For

4–5+ years of backend development experience

Solid Python skills – 9/10 or better

Strong understanding of databases, schema design, and query optimization

Experience with Node.js or similar languages is a plus

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML-based systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

DevOps or CI/CD pipeline exposure
