expand into new service areas such as AI consultancy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician with expertise in AI integration and

automation to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a central role in

building AI-powered systems to streamline internal processes, support multiple business

units, and contribute to the company’s strategic innovation agenda.

This is a hybrid role that combines traditional IT support functions with AI research and

consultancy, supporting our ambition to expand into the B2B AI integration space.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and digital agents for internal use

(e.g., accounting, legal administration, customer services).

• Integrate AI tools (e.g., large language models, workflow automation platforms,

natural language processing bots) with core business systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).

• Build scalable frameworks to automate manual processes across departments.

• Leverage APIs from OpenAI, Google Cloud, AWS, and similar platforms for

advanced AI functionality.

Business Process Automation

• Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.

• Develop and maintain automation tools for document handling, client communication,

and task management.

• Implement solutions to support legal documentation processing, client onboarding,

and compliance tracking.

IT Support & Infrastructure Maintenance

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal users across all departments.

• Maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, data protection, and system

availability.

• Assist with cloud service management and version control systems (e.g., GitHub,

Azure DevOps).

Research, Development & AI Consultancy

• Lead R&D into emerging AI tools and technologies to assess applicability for internal

and client use.

• Work with senior leadership to shape the roadmap for offering AI integration and

consultancy services to external businesses.

• Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for AI-driven solutions tailored to client

needs.

Collaboration Across Business Divisions

• Collaborate with teams across Branding, Property, and Consultancy wings to

customise AI tools for their respective operations.

• Support Marketing teams in building smart tools for campaign optimisation and lead

tracking.

• Provide training and user documentation to support adoption of AI and automation

tools.
