Job Description
The case manager in the Behavioral Health department is a crucial support role responsible for coordinating a range of services including crisis assessments, safety planning, documentation of quality measures, scribing, and conducting utilization reviews, all aimed at ensuring timely, comprehensive, and patient-centered care.

Requirements:
40 hours per week - First Shift
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Bachelors level education in social work, human services, or psychology.
CMA Certification Preferred
BLS/CPR Certification
Full-time
