Security State Bank-Basin is looking for a Branch Loan Administrator to join our team.
The loan administrator is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the loan officers and loan department personnel. The loan administrator will perform routine office and clerical duties related to consumer, business, and agricultural loans and will comply with bank regulations and policies pertaining to the lending function of the bank. Ability to work independently in a faced paced environment.

Branch Loan Administrator Responsibilities
Maintain and organize loan files in accordance with bank procedures; active (electronic and paper) and closed loans
File security instruments with County and State
Process loan payments and line of credit advances
Scan loan files into software program
Assist with the collection of financial documents
Understanding of Federal and State bank lending regulations
Understanding of Bank’s lending policies and procedures
Utilizes and understands software programs used to generate loan documents and loan file programs. Responsible for maintaining documents and files on said software programs as received
Process consumer, commercial, real estate, and agriculture loan payments and advances on lines of credit
Prepares daily and monthly reports as required by lending personnel
Closes loan when necessary for loan officer
Gathers and compiles data and prepares various reports for Management
Issues correspondence as required
Assists in properly filing all security documents and agreements in accordance with bank policies and procedures
Assist in ordering and reviewing appraisals and evaluations
Competitive wage starting at $18.00 per hour, DOE. Previous banking and/or loan experience is preferred but not required.
