HVAC Specialist – Service, Repair, Sales & Install
Location: Kennesaw, GA Full-Time Competitive Pay + Benefits
Weather Masters of Georgia is looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Specialist to join our growing team! We’re a family-owned business that takes pride in quality work and treating customers—and our team—like family.
In this role, you’ll service, sell, repair, and when needed, install heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and light commercial clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
Perform routine and preventative maintenance
Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Use technology (apps, scheduling tools, etc.) to improve efficiency
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Install HVAC systems when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in HVAC service and repair
Familiarity with wiring diagrams and various HVAC brands/equipment
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
