Job Description
Crestview Aerospace manufactures complex assemblies and parts for use in various aerospace applications. We offer an integrated manufacturing process that delivers fabricated parts, in-house processing and complex assemblies for both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. We serve leading OEMs such as Boeing, Bell, and Northrop Grumman on key programs including CH-47, V-22, and E-2. Headquartered in Crestview, FL, Crestview Aerospace employs approximately 300 professionals.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Analyze and process Request for Quotes / Proposals (RFQ/RFP)
Analyze Technical Data Packages (TDP)
Retrieve data from customer contract lifecycle management systems or portals
Interface with internal and external customers via telephone, email and messaging
Submit proposals / quotations to customers via email, customer contract lifecycle management systems or other methods
Monitor and facilitate proposal backlog and schedule to maintain on-time delivery (OTD)
Communicate with customers during the proposal process
Prepare and maintain internal and external proposal status reporting
Assist with configuration management to maintain the performance, quality and functionality of products throughout their lifecycle
Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Defense background is highly desired
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data
Experience communicating with customers and OEMs is desired
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Must have experience navigating the internet and contract lifecycle management systems
Avatara and Epicor experience is desired
Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required

Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
