CNC Application Engineer

Client is looking for a CNC Application Servicer that can travel to client sites to administer client needs in US, Canada and Mexico.

Job Duties:

-Conduct field service at customer facilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.

-Specifically working on Straustak machines with an understanding of Numroto software

-Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.

Ideal Candidates:

-Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.

-Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification.

-Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.

-"Hands-on" individual with a strong mechanical aptitude.

-Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings.

-Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred.
