We're hiring on behalf of a high-profile client and looking for someone who's both strategic and hand's-on, someone who understands the rental market, tracks global trends, and thrives on maximizing revenue year-round.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of 50+ rental units from city apartments and vacation homes in Lebanon to short-term gems abroad. Your mission is to keep these properties occupied, optimized, and profitable through intelligent pricing, platform strategy, and vendor coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding market trends and seasonal pricing to drive occupancy

Overseeing listings across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others

Managing local and international vendors: cleaners, handymen, stylists, and more

Ensuring aesthetic and operational readiness of all properties

Tracking performance and reporting revenue insights

Staying embedded in rental communities to spot trends before they hit the market
