Software Engineer Work From Home (full time)

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Build embedded software for a voice-controlled puck (wake word, ASR, sensor control)

Develop and scale secure cloud services for real-time speech, guest intent handling, room automation, and OTA updates

Integrate with global hospitality platforms (PMS, POS, ticketing) like Oracle OPERA, Cloudbeds, HotSOS, and Quore

Implement multilingual AI-powered interactions (Whisper/LLM/Voice Synthesis)

Work on device-cloud communication using secure WebSockets, GraphQL APIs, and MQTT

Develop guest-facing experiences like smart room control, local recs, and emergency alerts

Contribute to privacy-first architecture (mic kill switch, GDPR, data residency)

Support pilots, live demos, and integration testing with hotel partners

Requirements:

Voice AI: NLP, ASR (Whisper), Wake Word Engines, Voice Synthesis, Multilingual AI

Embedded + Hardware: Edge compute (ARM), Thread/Zigbee/BLE/Wi-Fi, sensor integration (CO, temp, glass-break), mic arrays

Cloud & Web: Microservices, GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, OAuth/Auth0, OTA infra, analytics dashboards

Frontend: React, Next.js, e-ink glance display (optional module)

Security & Compliance: TPM, FIPS 140-2, Secure Boot, GDPR
