DATA ENTRY CLERK

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient and medical data, ensuring high-quality records, and supporting the organization’s daily operations and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update patient records and medical information in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and internal privacy policies.

Perform regular data audits to maintain integrity and accuracy.

Communicate with healthcare staff to clarify or correct information as needed.

Assist in generating reports and compiling data for internal and regulatory purposes.

Scan, organize, and archive paper records.

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, billing assistance, or inventory management when required.
