Responsibilities:
Enter and update patient information and medical records in electronic health record (EHR) systems with accuracy.
Review data to ensure it is complete, correct, and consistent.
Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
Perform regular quality checks and data audits to ensure integrity.
Work with healthcare staff to resolve any data issues or discrepancies.
Generate reports and support data preparation for internal and regulatory use.
Scan, organize, and archive paper records as needed.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, or inventory management when required.
