what the role looks like:
The Product Manager is responsible for managing our consumer-focused products and driving the product strategy to increase the company’s profitability. Here are some of the great things this position will be responsible for:
Be well-versed in GTA consumer product and service offerings
Balance consumer needs, the business landscape, and the limits of our technical capabilities to create new products and assess the current product offerings
Create new products or promotions that have supporting business cases, competitive analyses, market research, and sales and revenue forecasts
Create product requirements and work with Implementation Team to establish launch timelines
Develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communication plans
Establish partner relationships that will increase revenue and provide customer value
Analyze and share performance results of products to stakeholders
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, DevOps and other supportive departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Prepare and deliver product presentations, product vision, and strategy
Define metrics and KPI to measure the success of the projects
Drive and provide support to all aspects of the product development plan including pricing and positioning
Contribute ideas and recommendations toward product, process, and system improvement
Understand customer expectations and industry best practices, staying current with industry trends and the technology landscape.

This is
what you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or three (3) plus years of related work experience
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Highly skilled in product management, relationship management, people management, understanding customer needs, product development, requirements analysis, pricing, planning, forecasting, competitive analysis, collaborative sales planning, financial planning and marketing strategy.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Experience in web-based collaborate platforms such as Sharepoint
Experience in Business communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Slack
Knowledgeable in technology
Demonstrated success in developing product plans and strategies
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at varying organizational levels
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
Experienced in utilizing current technological means of communicating (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Demonstrated negotiating skills required
Able to contribute to team success by supporting fellow co-workers and achieving individual objectives
Must be able to travel off-island
May require working at other locations so must have valid Guam Driver’s License
Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
